Majority of my trips for the remainder of the year give me a error message when I try to view the reservation, or for some, I can view the reservation, but get the same error when I hit the redeem upgrade button. Changed browsers, but the same results. Been happening for the last 30 hours or so.
I can do a fresh login, but on the error page it gives the impression that I'm not logged in. Try to login (again) and it errors out.
Went to check in for my flights tomorrow and the system errors out. Called the Premier desk to inquire; after digging, she found the system had two reservation #'s for me, with identical seats for each. She said I was the third caller to have this problem this morning. She couldn't do anything on her end, so I have to wait until I go to the airport...
