Historical Flight Delay

Hi,

I have a bit of a bizarre situation going on. Back on 4/7/2011 my mum, stepdad and sister flew from Glasgow International Airport to Sharm EL Sheikh. The flight number was TCX3648 and was scheduled to depart at 17:10. The flight was delayed and never actually took off until around 22:30. My mum throughout the whole delay was updating her social media page regularly and has copies of all of these which are time and date stamped. The flight eventually arrived at Sharm shortly after 6am when it was scheduled to arrive around 22:30. Now my mum has been back and forth with Thomas Cook and eventually the CAA got involved and informed her that Thomas Cook did indeed owe her compensation in accordance to the new legislation. According to the guidelines set out she was due £450 per person as her flight was delayed over 5+ hours and over 3500+ kilometers. Now Thomas Cook have claimed the flight was only delayed 235 minutes but they have repeatedly refused to provide her with the flight information to support their claim. We have checked all the internet flight history sights and here is where it gets bizarre, there is no trace of this flight whatsoever. Even when you check the departures from Glasgow airport on that date there are none going to Sharm and again when you check arrivals at Sharm there are none from Glasgow or Scotland even, and also there is no record of any return flight. Can anyone help us find the flight info? Or direct us to someone who can?

Thanks in advance for any help
