Can someone explain what logic they've used to value the SE100K at so much more than the other levels?

The differences I am aware of (based on 2015 benefits) between an E75K and SE100K are:

- Concierge - which you get by purchasing J tickets - I am assuming many of the SE100K are already purchasing J.
- IKK domestic on Aeroplan awards
- Limited IKK International on Aeroplan awards
- No YQ on Aeroplan awards

How would it makes sense to have to require $11K more than a E75K (or $8K more if 0.12/CPM is correctly used) to receive the above?
If SE100K was $0.12/CPM (or even .13 or .14, it's the jump to .20 that is frustrating) I doubt there would be as many complaints from SE's. At least it would be reasonable across the board. Here's to hoping they give more info soon.....
