I did check my account account daily, as well as call the automated 888-338-2586 line.
Some time in the last 3 hours, the new account started showing up online when I login to chase.com.
It took nearly 18 days, but was approved.
Did you get an approval email?
I got this response applying for Ink Plus for my wife:
"Thanks for Applying. Please call us as soon as possible at 1-800-243-6010 Mon-Fri 8am to 10pm EST to discuss your application with a Customer Support Specialist. We look forward to speaking with you. "
Don't plan to call.
