Cathay doesn't care about you. In terms of spend you're a minnow and as you are probably aware transfer traffic such as yours generates by far and away the least revenue for CX. Bump your spend up to a $1M per year across the board and absolutely you'll get some traction with them. The hard nosed business reality which so many on this board seem to forget is that CX is a business run for the benefit of its shareholders not a fan club run for the benefit of frequent fliers playing the system.
