That's why I say UA/AA Economy Plus/MCE which is just more leg room but the same meals IFE etc is much better value that PE.
I did a comparison of one way LAX-SYD on UA vs QF:
UA - Economy Plus - +$180 which gets you 36 inches leg room, same food, IFE
QF - PE - +800 which gets you 39 inches leg room, nicer food + IFE
But I would argue that for the $620 difference I could buy a really nice meal and a decent tablet and lot of really good movies for it!
