Haven't checked out the lounge nor fitness center yet, but the lobby is airy & has quality touches, and the room actually has some color & personality!
Only issue I have is the ridiculous $10 "facilities" fee that's the usual crap that Platinums shouldn't have to pay for

Welcome to my neck of the woods. Do yourself a favor and go downhill to the Hermitage Hotel and eat (fairly expensive and good) or get a drink in the Oak Bar. You might also enjoy the rotunda in the lobby. And 417 Union is a great place for breakfast.
