Not that specific problem - but the reality is that barely a week/month goes by without seeing a report of one problem or another affecting the EK site....

My own particular "favourite" is the tiresome silly error messages that pop up just after you've gone through the long process of selecting flights/dates/fare types in order to price up a multi-city itin.

Mostly ok for the straightforward stuff.
