For the record, the previous announcements were on:
2012 (for 2013 year): Sept 20
2013 (for 2014 year): Aug 19
2014 (for 2015 year): Oct 23
2015 (for 2016 year): Nov 9 and still waiting
I was hoping that someone would post this! Saves me a lot of time and effort from looking it up myself!
