I agree with others who have had impossible time using SWU's. Obviously the best place to use them are int'l flights which they don't release until right before departure, 3 days at best. I bought business class seat roundtrip to HKG coming up in a week that I booked 5 months ago. SWU not available to FC at that time and still not available. I am sure Y to J is just as bad if not worse. This also includes new LAX-SYD flight which is unavailable 8 months in advance for Y-J or J-F. Anyone have helpful hints?
