I have had an award ticket pending for over a month now. Since the flight is over a month away it doesn't worry me too much. If they don't do it within a few days of travel call them. They seem to be very backed up. They do the same thing to people using free vouchers from when they have been bumped off flights. You need to call the number shown on the voucher, they book the trip, and make you send the voucher in for processing. The ticket status is pending until they receive the voucher, process the ticket, and move it from "pending" to "ticketed."
