It's not difficult per se, but it is probably not worth it financially for AC at this point in time to upgrade their wide-body fleet. So why would AC add an expense that will not increase revenue such that it covers the added expense?

Nobody in management has been able to figure out whether it's revenue positive, and they don't want to touch anything that might only improve experience without increasing revenue?
