I think it's a great trend, but can't quite figure out how to duplicate at home. An internet search indicates you need an ice cream machine to do this properly.
Anybody else tried this - would a food processor work?
I'm sure a recently-departed FTer would have had the definitive answer to this question and probably two of the devices necessary in his kitchen,together with extensive research notes and pictures.
