How does that work with CX? They don't code-share on long-haul AY flights, so far as I can tell, you would have to route: HEL-{Europe}-HKG-{China} and back. That is not within the 72 hours visa-free transit.
You could instead do: HEL-{Europe}-HKG-{China} / {China}-MFM / HKG-{Europe}-HEL. But then you need some other airline to get you out of the mainland.
