That said, the fact that this thread has been going for three weeks and 19 pages, and there's *nothing* from UA Insider about this being a regular thing, but there have been pronouncements about special "surprise and delight" or "joy and pain" or whatever initiatives, doesn't bode well for this being a permanent thing.
Either way, my underlying point, which is that UA is screwing up the communications and expectations management here, remains true, even if it eventually does become permanent.

I'm sure things are mess right now with the whole SMI/J and Munoz situations. Probably isn't any real direction or leadership right now, just status quo and vague former initiatives trickling down. Probably a good thing, means they won't be further devaluing much for the next year.
