That said, the fact that this thread has been going for three weeks and 19 pages, and there's *nothing* from UA Insider about this being a regular thing, but there have been pronouncements about special "surprise and delight" or "joy and pain" or whatever initiatives, doesn't bode well for this being a permanent thing.
Either way, my underlying point, which is that UA is screwing up the communications and expectations management here, remains true, even if it eventually does become permanent.
