Same here...checked out of Hilton Kuala Lumpur just under 2 weeks ago.
Stay posted within 2 days but NO points... I have emailed them and they replied that it can take up to 2 weeks for a stay to appear blabla...
But that's not the problem. The stay posted correctly, just NO points, have emailed them again this morning...curious for their reply.
They asked me to send a copy of the receipt. But as many of you may know... it is close to impossible to download any 'past stay' receipts from their website.
I hate having to spend time on these things...
