Member benefit are for the benefit of the member, not family and friends. The property should request your presence before granting benefits. Now in real life, many mess up and extend benefits based upon the name on the reservation. If you add her name to the reservation she will be able to check in. When they see your status they may go ahead and set up the lounge access. She can ask nicely about access when checking in but should not say you will not be arriving.
