Refund on tickets
Got a call today from Frontier that my intinerary had changed. I'm going from Chicago to Salt Lake, changing in Denver.
There was supposed to be 1 1/2 hour window to change, planes now they say it's only 1/2 hour. I can get a direct flight for less $$$ with Delta. Frontier says I can't get a refund even though the itinerary change is their doing (they are blaming FAA). Is this right? Is it worth pursuing?
