And for those who could benefit from this discussion later on, the thread is spot on. My tickets finally ticketed today without further calls/actions on my part.

It took them just a few hours shy of 48 hours to confirm. The messaging on the website could still be improved though, instead of a "call to ticket..." which is confusing if it's just something they are waiting on on their end.
