Row 9 is of the first type, so OK for you. Row 12 is of the second type and you will struggle to communicate so I would suggest changing that one.
Unfortunately you can't say that odd numbered rows are ok and even numbered rows are not as row 13 is missing so the 'rule' changes there....
We were in 18E/F a few weeks ago and it was perfect for us.
all E/F have the minibar on the 'outside'. the others are D/G (minibar on the inside)
