If comparing the prices with Momondo you can see the booking class from the URL it sends to the OTA you've selected, i.e. when it opens new window, before loading the contents flight, date and boking class information is inside that URL. Just needs some (minor) detective work to find it there.
Some OTAs (for instance cheapOair) show the fare rules and you can find the fare basis code somewhere there, whereas Expedia shows the booking class clearly in reservation page (GOOD!).
With ebookers or some other OTAs there is no way knowing which booking class it ends up (bad customer service!). Of course you can compare the price to the one you've found with Matrix and if they are the same, prob the booking class is the same as well. But in this case you actually never can be 100% sure of that.
