Another related data point to share...not sure if anyone has posted yet. It was posted a while back that if you have AP issues in Macy's/Bloomingdales to just go ahead and swipe the card then call Disco and tell them it wouldn't go through and they will give you the 10% CB. That seems to be no longer the case. My co-worker had it happen over the weekend and when she called in, the response (from a manager) was that HQ was aware of the issue and they are only allowing a $10 courtesy cash back, regardless of purchase amount (not sure if it will be doubled after 1 year, but I wouldn't bet on it). She was pretty pissed because it cost her probably $50 in rewards CB.
