Good luck. I can't help you on the second part, but I'm also going to be managing 2 BBs; probably going to be much easier than 1 RB + 1 BB that I've been doing. My plan is to do 3 sessions with Kate, $1900x2 + $1200x1 with 10-15 min breaks in between.
Once you get your third BB, you can go $1900x3 + $1800x1.
