After a lengthy email exchange with "Accor members assistance", at least I found out the date when my Platinum status was changed, i.e. upgraded to Platinum. I did some maths and the total of points is 33k, and the necessary 25k was reached already in September. Nevertheless, I still have "Validity of your status:31/10/2015". If I read it as it is, I am going to lose my status after this date regardless to over 30k points collected...
Tracking Platinum status is really unclear and annoying since other programmes not only show you the number of points needed to keep your status but also send you reminder emails.
