Presumably the new points will combine so I don't see how they would segregate points I can transfer and points I wouldn't be able to transfer?
You need to have one of the Chase premium cards (Ink Plus or Sapphire Preferred) to transfer your UR points to other hotel/airline programs. You can't transfer them if you only have an Ink Cash, Sapphire, or Freedom card.
