Was chatting with the business sales manager of the W New Orleans last night, she said occupancy rate was under 25%. A quick visual check this morning revealed that there were no newspapers outside any of the other doors on my floor, so I suspect I was the only guest on that floor.

Having said that, they've been running close to 90% - 100% occupancy for the past month, with the combined conference, Jazz Fest, and French Quarter Fest traffic.
