As long as EF shows your seats as taken you should be fine.
Regarding crew rests and air marshals, they will usually be on the upper deck near the cockpit for obvious reasons and not in the nose of the lower deck of the 747

And yeah, really dumb assumption on my part with the crew rests.
And I just noticed I didn't even write the correct kind of Marshal, who wouldn't be sitting there anyway (I've been re-reading Fahrenheit 451 and must have fire on my mind!)
