I was too, but it turned out to be quite bearable. Having previously flown longhaul mostly with AY, it was quite a refreshing experience, starting from the dinner menus distributed right after takeoff. Food tasted great, drink selection was extensive and the service was friendly.
When it comes to the hard product, their B777-300ER was nice as well. The seats were soft and comfortable (the part under your butt moves when you recline the seat!) and IFE had rather good content.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with CX Y product.
