I think I see the problem now - EKs computers are saying no and that DXB-BKK-HKT is not combinable (similarly with various online travel agents), which is of course totally ridiculous given that all the PG flights have EK codes on them.

I agree that the fare should be the same (AEEESAE1) so I was trying to force the booking, but no luck.

m3red I'd recommend popping into an EK office somewhere in DXB and tasking an agent with getting it done!

Failing that there's always getting a full refund and getting a travel agent to sort things out for you - they might even be able to put you on one of the TG flights with an actual J class (or even F seats if you are really lucky)!
