Or it could be LAN website glitches. I got business seats on a business award through BA, I can pull up the seat map on LAN's site but I get errors every time I try to pick seats online. And for half a year (I booked this 10 months out for a late November departure) the seat map hasn't changed; there's only one seat assigned in business class (not mine!) per EF. Which "smells" to me like maybe
everyone's having problems picking seats with this flight. Btw, my flight is a "direct" flight with 1 flight number LAX-(LIM)-EZE but apparently with planes changing in LIM, with ExpertFlyer showing "CHG" as the plane type
