I've stayed at the Hotel Terminus, which is a Best Western. It was recommended to me by my parents, who stayed there when they went.
It is located across the street from the train station (which is fine in Stockholm, compared to most cities) and is walking distance to old town, the Royal Palace, and other attractions.
