I tend to agree, unless you are a night owl and can stay awake the 12 hours. Dubai Mall and the Mall of the Emirates are open till midnight. So you can spend time there and then you'll have 5-6 hours in the lounge where you can catch some shut eye.

I know it's not everyone's cup of tea - but just an idea.
