Some of the redemptions are already insane - how sweet would it be, in the spirit of "keeping it competitive", if they raised some of the sweet spots but lowered some of the ones that are insane at the moment?

Take e.g. HKG-JNB:

AA/AS: 30k OW Y
Avios: 35k OW Y
Aeroplan: 70k OW Y....... that's how much a FIRST CLASS flight is HKG-JNB on Cathay using AS miles...
