This is music to my ears.
Before, GO would = 4 Westcoast NA-HKG return trips in J. Now, it's only 3 r/t. Probably less, as most of my travel involves USA-HKG-Asia city.
Wonder if it will even give me an incentive to maintain both AA Plat and CX Gold, as it looks quite easily attainable with ~2 trips. [Exp is out of the question for me] I shall take a deeper analysis later.
