Yes, frustrating and still not fixed for me! Unacceptable, that it's taking so long!!
It's absolutely frustrating and I gave them a piece of mind when I called today. If not fixed soon I will have to cancel the card as calling in every time is not worth it to me. I don't know why I get the feeling that they doing this knowingly till they reduce the rebate to 5%!
