This thread is full of multiple reports of failures at the most basic function of this website...finding flights and selling a ticket.
United is a huge company with significant IT resources. This should have been designed / implemented much better.
Right, like with any topic on FT, when the change is negative to our experience we react negatively.
There is certainly something to be said for preference. If some people like the new design, and can wait for the bugs to be fixed, I have no problem with that. But to label it as change resistance seems a little simplistic.
