Ignorance of Hotel Programs
Anyways, I'm an NW mileage nut. I stay at most of NW's hotel partners when I travel; however, I'm never loyal to any hotel chain. I'm only loyal to the price.

I'm a bit confused with the Double Dipping concept, mileage acrruals and transfers. Can anyone please clarify? [One of the biggest confusions with me is that you MUST be in the hotel program and then transfer hotel points to your ff account? ] At most, I spent 10 nights/year in hotels. Is it worth the hassle?
