I have a stay coming up at the hotel. I booked a club floor king with an AAA rate. The rate description / detail says:
"Extra Charges

Note: At this hotel guests 17 and under are considered children. All other guests are considered adults.
Extra rollaway: No charge
Child rollaway: No charge
Crib: No charge"

I called the hotel to ask that a rollaway be requested for my 5 year old. The lady I spoke with said no problem, that will be $50 per day. When I mentioned the information on my reservation on the website she was confused and said "well, that is what we charge for rollaways, maybe you can speak with someone when you get here."

So that's what I'll do and I'm sure it will be resolved. I'll also post a review after the stay is complete.
