Had the same problem, but I just went back one step and then reloaded the page and it magically showed the use points option. But then got error message "points redemption temporarily unavailable". Tried a few times and it finally got through, but now it took off the points multiple times! Still waiting for the refund of those points from the system...

Seems a myriad of website problems in the past few days.
