I bought my last one 2 days ago. I waffled about paying the $1.99 shipping fee, but I needed $500 to finish a minimum spend. I figured "why wait for 2 bucks." Turned out to be a good call.

If you have any loyalty credits, it probably pays to use them up, even with the higher fees. Maybe I'll wait for their next free shipping code, though.
