While I am not 100% certain, I don't think TK has traffic rights for MLE-CMB so they can't sell that segment separately.

If they do sell this separately, then you'd need to check in separately (online I assume) for MLE-CMB, and board the aircraft again in MLE. This means you'd have to get off in MLE and go through whatever "transit" infrastructure there is - or not - to return to the gate and re-board as a new passenger. I doubt this could be done in time - unless of course you actually stay in MLE until the next flight. There are worse places to be forced on a layover.
