Is that what it says when you try to load with credit? Maybe I'll have her manually punch in debit next time.
Sounds like it tried to process as credit and denied. Cashiers have the option on the screen to chose debit (K6) during that step of the loading (see step 4 of the
pin-GC guide) so yeah, have them chose debit next time.
