And I don't understand this:

You have routers in the house that you cannot use? Is the signal not strong enough to get to where you need it?

But, the basic point seems to be that your devices can't find your router. This is most likely because the router isn't communicating. I've also seen my router listed as an option on my devices when it wasn't actually working.

I don't know exactly what you've done so far, but the first thing do to is always unplug the router and then plug it back it. This usually brings everything back to life. Have you also checked that the cable into the router is still firmly connected? What lights are showing on the router and what color are they?
