My understanding, and experience, is that the loading of pack and the transfer of funds to prepaid cards operate on separate 24 hour clocks. What time zone, I have no idea, but I just mentally note what time of day I last loaded and transferred (I usually do both at the same time) and wait 24 hours before doing it again.
