I signed up and have an Apple Watch.

Assuming I can buy Visa Gift Cards at Walgreens with the Apple Watch Apple Pay. What is the best way to liquidate Visa Gift Cards?

I have a Amex Serve , but not a Target RedCard (think you can only have one).
