If you are talking about the global data plans in the passport plans that are now available, then no there is no 2 or 3 month minimum.

I and many others have put on the plans for weeks or a month, it rolls OFF after the one month UNLESS renewed.

I think the only reason there would be a 2 month minimum is IF you set it up directly with them to RECUR, then it has to RECUR at least once. This seems to be an exception to the normal plan policy which is for 1 month only, no recurring and one has to call/text/sign-up with the app to have it enabled for a 2nd month, if no recurring was established in advance..

seems to make sense actually.
