When I called, a front line rep told me that "money stay with the bank" (what are stupid people), but when I was connected to a risk department I was told that for refund I need to send some docs - copies of ID, card, and last 5 packs I used to load with receipts. It should take 30 days to get money back.

Did anybody deal with them after shutdown? How long it takes in reality? Should I send them docs or just file a CFBP complain?
File a CFPB complaint and you'll have a check for the balance within 14 days without having to send anything in to them.
