My Paypower card was shutdown this week. I did $5K/month. In July I got a warning from them to use a card properly. Since they mentioned that computer blocks a card for all transactions $1K+, I lowered my "spending". Well, it didn't help too much. I have a balance of ~$600 on the card. When I called, a front line rep told me that "money stay with the bank" (what are stupid people), but when I was connected to a risk department I was told that for refund I need to send some docs - copies of ID, card, and last 5 packs I used to load with receipts. It should take 30 days to get money back.
Did anybody deal with them after shutdown? How long it takes in reality? Should I send them docs or just file a CFBP complain?
