Bit more than that, it's a whole engine manufacturing facility which includes the Trent 900 on the A380, so they could do a straight swap as part of the maintenance (I'm assuming BA use RR to provide the power by the hour service).

Ah, sorry. I knew it was a full replica of the Derby facility but hadn't realised what that entailed. Surely it helped and I'm sure they do use RR power plants .
